SARS free
i know it's a little late (well only one day late) to be saying this but GO HK GO..!!! no more quarantine for ppl coming over which means raimund and kevin could've gone there this summer.. ehh.. well at least my dad wont have to pretend that he's been quarantined when he gets back now :) yep... he can walk out with his head held high now (not that he wasn't going to do that before, but anyway..)
moving on.. since i heard so much of dragons, mohawks, mosquitos, and tragically swollen naked ladies.. i guess maybe i should be saying something about my weekend..
for those of you who dont know (and i think of all those who read this.. only one of you know) that im currently going to andrew's fellowship now.. no i didn't go there just to be in the same fellowship as andrew.. his fellowship is splitting into high school/university fellowships now.. so i guess im there for support.. and hopefully can help bring more people there especially since the new time will be more convenient: Saturday morning. Yes you heard right, saturday morning, but for out-of-towners, it is the best time possible for sure.
in any case.. this has led me to elisha withdrawal (my own fellowship) but they are a sweet bunch and still ask me to join their activities, one of which was this saturday's barbecue at scarborough bluffs. to all fellowships out there.. that place ROCKS..!!! for barbecues.. haha it was great..!!! our pres brought small little water guns so we could have water fights minus the major soakage and discomfort.. mashmallows... the usual fishball and red sausage action.. we also played some frisbee and the sunset was great too :) but having the barbecue on the beach next to the lake was great too.. absolutely beautiful (plus the weather too)
it was sooooo great to spend time with them again.. we ended up going to my house after for watermelon and also playing uno with counting score and all... but they played with 0 as being 100 points but it was also GREATTTTT too :)
we ended up splitting into teams of two and yea.. *ahem* yours truly and her teammate won *buffs nails and blows on them* funnily enough, my partner's name was andrew (the other's split into teams with their own other half) he's new at the fellowship and came right when i had just left the fellowship and is a friend of a VERY good friend of mine currently in elisha.. hey eric u know who im talking about.. patrick.. haha that big goofball :)
in any case.. it's a shame coz there's a few new ppl there that i wish i could've gotten to know.. i miss patrick lots coz i watched him go from disinterested in even coming (his friend forced him to come before) to now a Christian, baptized, and whole-heartedly serving the Lord, no complaints but only enthusiasm..
im hoping the same will happen to his friend.. i guess i was a bit upset coz i might not be there to see it happen.. but hey it's not like im such an important piece of that puzzle anyway :)
yep.. so much fun..!!! good times and memories and hopefully i'll be able to edit this blog soon and get some pictures up for y'all to see :)
